SÉRÉNIS delivered stable overall performance, while business in our new Web & Tel subsidiary doubled. We focused on restructuring our operations, forming two divisions, Real-Time Flow Management and Audit Quality Control.
These two divisions work together on all our customer contracts as part of our continuous improvement program to enhance the overall quality of our full range of services.
We at SÉRÉNIS export our expertise and create innovative services to meet the new qualitative needs of customer relationship management. Keeping up with this rapidly changing market, we developed an Online Chat dialog box in 2014 to expand and improve our service offering. This Online Chat is integrated into our customers’ websites and connected to our call center.
We are rolling out our new request processing service – used through the Online Chat – at several customer sites.
Over the next few years, SÉRÉNIS will focus on the key issue of training teams to handle written services. We are preparing our staff for this transformation to guarantee the highest quality of written responses. Another priority is to reorganize the sales team to boost company development in the next few years.
