With over 40 directly operated sites and strong growth, FONCIÈRE SEVENITY is entering a new category. We hired new staff and are upgrading our operations to continue offering both internal and external customers top-notch service.

FONCIÈRE SEVENITYacquired several assets for the subsidiary HOMEBOX, including sites in Saint-Priest and Avignon. We finished construction work at the Metz, Saint-Priest and Angers sites and launched operations at the Décines facility, which is under lease. Extensions were also completed at the Longjumeau, Courcouronnes, Nîmes and Lézennes sites.

Regarding other Group businesses, we purchased a property in Toulon for ADA and we brought the Saint Ouen l’Aumône site in line with the ICPE environmental standards. We also fully upgraded the computer center and networks at the G7 TAXI SERVICE Saint-Ouen site in order to meet standards. 

We made the extension work at the head office in Clichy (3,500 m² of office space immediately adjacent to the future Cité Judiciaire de Paris, which will house municipal courtrooms and police headquarters).

OUTLOOK

We plan to strengthen the foothold of the subsidiary HOMEBOX in southern France by investing in five to ten self-service storage properties over the year. The acquisition of a new NOVARCHIVE site in the Lyon region is also planned during the year. 

We remain on the lookout for opportunities to buy self-service storage properties outside France to step up the international expansion of HOMEBOX. Construction delivery for the Boissy and Avignon buildings are on going, as the extension of the Courcouronnes site. 

Given the rapid growth of the Group’s property portfolio, we at FONCIÈRE SEVENITY are streamlining our tools and internal processes to improve our productivity and respond faster and better to requests from Group companies.
